The Mind/Body Program for Fertility, originally developed by Harvard psychologist Dr. Alice Domar, is a proven 10-week online course designed to help you restore balance, reduce stress, and enhance your overall wellbeing while trying to conceive.

Grounded in decades of research, the program teaches practical tools such as relaxation and mindfulness techniques, emotional coping skills, and lifestyle approaches that complement fertility treatment. Studies show that participants experience significant reductions in anxiety and depression, and that more than half conceive within 6 months after completing the program.

Tanja Faessler, founder of Fertilityconnectz, established the practice after her own personal fertility journey to make emotional care an integral part of fertility treatment. Today, Fertilityconnectz is one of Asia’s leading fertility counselling practices, working closely with clinics and individuals to bridge science and empathy in reproductive care.
Tanja is a certified mind-body fertility coach with advanced training in psychology, neuroscience-based coaching, and integrative wellbeing. She has guided many women and couples across Asia and beyond through fertility challenges, helping them build resilience and inner calm while enhancing their fertility journey.
